The meeting was closed by unanimous roll-call vote at 8:30 p.m.; attendees recorded for the closed session included councilmembers Craig Rigby, Steven Jenkins, Anzl Rhodes, Brandon Taylor and Jed Woodward, along with treasurer Kathryn Rigby, assistant town clerk Cheryl Porritt and recorder Karla Ferguson.
