Councilmembers voted by roll call; Craig Rigby, Steven Jenkins, Anzl Rhodes, Brandon Taylor and Jed Woodward each voted yes and the motion passed. The minutes record the ratification but do not indicate additional conditions or amendments beyond the shortened payback period.
The ratification completes the council’s formal approval step on the Phase 2 development agreement. The minutes note pre-construction work (including preliminary tree removal on 200 North Road) and that town staff and the developer have held pre-construction meetings.
