On financial business, Council approved City Checks #39314-39354, electronic payments #1844-1867, direct deposits #7469-7522 and specified utility checks and e-payments (motion Prill/Triemstra); the motion carried 5-0 on a roll call vote. By consensus the February 2026 Treasurer's Report was filed for audit.
