Council approves $111,421 kitchen remodel at Oroville fire station

Council members asked whether the funds were already budgeted and staff confirmed the money was included in the capital budget and not the general fund. The council moved, seconded and called the roll; the motion to approve the agreement moved forward and the project was authorized to proceed.
Implementation notes: staff will issue the agreement to the lowest responsive bidder (RMC) and manage contingency use through standard change-order controls; work is intended to modernize the facility used daily by firefighters.
