The Iroquois County Board approved the 2026–2027 annual liquor, raffles and poker-run license renewals and multiple appointments and claims during its June 9 meeting.
Policy & Procedure Chair Jamie Bakken presented the list of liquor and raffle licenses and noted there were no brand-new applicants this year. The board approved the list by voice vote. Chairman Paul Ducat presented temporary Drainage Commissioner appointments for Artesia Mutual Drainage District No. 1; the board approved the appointments by voice vote. The board also approved the presented claims across multiple funds by roll call.
The minutes include a full claims register and several fund totals; county committees reviewed and recommended payment of claims during their respective meetings prior to board approval.
