Representatives of Peterson-Bahde Coleman Home told the council that assessed values for both Original Block 5 (Lots 15–17) and Outlots 81–84 plus the north 40 feet of Outlot 85 were too high when measured against net income. On motions by Councilmember Brent Derscheid, seconded by Councilmember Amy Akin, the council unanimously referred both objections to the Spink County Assessor for further review.
