An error in assessment for Clark Lunstrum’s Meadow Park Estates property (Lots 18–20) was recorded during the special session. On a motion by Councilmember Jessi Lewis, seconded by Councilmember Mike Siebrecht, the council approved adjusting the shed valuation to $4,892 and reducing the mobile-home valuation to $13,443 based on the Director of Equalization's recommendation.
