Tanya said the organizer plans to provide insurance, porta-potties, a dumpster and other onsite services; staff coordinated with the sheriff's office, fire department and EMS. "They will have a 1st aid station there and 2 water stations," she said, and described a security plan of four sheriff's deputies onsite plus four private-security personnel at entrances and additional roving officers.
Tanya told commissioners the county is charging $8.50 per attendee as a usage/attendance fee (described in the oral briefing as $6.50 for usage plus $2.00 for attendance). The festival's headliners were listed in the packet; staff said set-up would extend for a week to allow installation of booths and amenities but the two main event days are June 13–14 from 4 p.m. to midnight.
