At its April 8 meeting the Rangely Town Council took the following formal actions:
- Approved the March 2025 check register (motion moved and carried). - Adopted Ordinance 704.2025 amending Municipal Code 15.50 to pursue historic-structure preservation certification and grant eligibility (per History Colorado recommendations). - Adopted Resolution 2025-02a enabling the Rangely Preservation Board and approving bylaws. - Approved a revised resolution authorizing Town Manager Alan Parker to negotiate and execute documents for the Sagewood West affordable-housing project. - Approved Sagewood West Minor Subdivision Phase I (divide parcel into two lots). - Appointed Alan Parker as the primary Northwest Transportation Planning representative and Ron Granger as alternate.
