Planning commission to consider cooperative boundary agreement and Trinity Lutheran school expansion

"There are gonna be 2 3 things at the August 18 meeting that the board is gonna consider. 1 is the cooperative boundary agreement as well as a building site operation plan and a certified survey map for Trinity Lutheran for their school expansion," Pierce said.
Pierce said those items will appear at the next village-board meeting for resolution and decision. She framed the August schedule as procedural: the first meeting of the month typically lacks substantive items because business is moved to the third meeting; the items named are expected to proceed through normal plan-commission review before the board takes formal action.
