County approves jail promotion and hires three corrections officers

All measures were moved, seconded and recorded as approved with 'All in favor.'
Sheriff (speaker 9) also briefed commissioners on stabilization of supervisory posts and the FTO program: six candidates were identified and a train-the-trainer approach was discussed so the county can run its own training. Commissioners asked for clarification on timelines and selection; the sheriff said he would clarify points if he misspoke.
