During consideration of the claims, a board member (speaker 4) flagged a typographical error in the payroll compensation exhibit and asked staff to correct the spelling of his surname. The chair acknowledged the request; the board then moved, seconded and approved the expense claims by voice vote.
"Just for a comment on this action item... my last name is misspelled with an e in it," the committee member said, asking for a correction. The board indicated the correction would be made for the record.
