The workshop is intended to help the commission set priorities, coordinate with consultants preparing the pros plan, and prepare competitive grant packages.
Commissioners also discussed filling advisory commission vacancies and a student representative position through the usual interview process; Carrie announced that Tom Jones has resigned and commissioners thanked him for his service. Staff confirmed the next regular meeting is scheduled for September 14.
