Summary

Committee members reviewed the concept plans for the parcels south of the Big Pond that adjoin city land and asked planning staff to confirm the developer’s obligations under the development agreement. "Renasant is supposed to do enhancements on that area to the south as part of their development agreement. So they're in charge of that. They're supposed to do it," a member said while discussing the need to understand the net maintenance cost to the city.
Planning staff agreed to follow up: Rick said he would review the Renison development agreement, pull concept maps for Charliewood Park and check applicable subdivision and ordinance language to determine what the developer is required to provide and what the city would inherit in maintenance responsibilities.
