CAC discusses grants, RC&D and the limits of the conservation fund

The group discussed using the RC&D to access grants.gov opportunities and to reduce city staff time administering awards; a council liaison explained the RC&D charges "a 10% administrative fee, and then it can be spent over multiple years," describing how that model may streamline multi-year projects that the city wouldn’t want to administer directly.
