Commissioner Rose Potter moved to close the Town of Trappe workshop at 5:43 p.m.; Commissioner Michael Sullivan seconded the motion and it was unanimously approved. Commissioner Schmidt had opened the workshop at 4:30 p.m. and the session included council members Jeremy Newnam, Michael Sullivan, Rose Potter and Walter Chase as well as Town Administrator Erin Braband and Town Engineer Jason Lytle.
The workshop focused on the influent screen procurement options presented by Bearing Construction’s Frank Carman. Council members said they would make a final selection at their regular meeting later that evening and notify Bearing Construction of their decision.
