Staff told the council the citywide spring cleanup will run March 18–21 with three roll-off bins from Republic Services and a curbside option for $25 per trailer load. The program excludes household trash, construction debris, car parts and tires; the recycle center on 7th Street remains open for free unlimited drop-off.
Staff said residents 65 and older or those with disabilities can call for free pickup, as in prior years. The city will coordinate with the street department for curbside collections and ask residents to follow the restrictions to keep costs down.
