Staff emphasized vehicles must remain on the applicant's parcel and that supplementary regulations in the staff report apply.
Janet Bates, representing applicant Miguel Reyes, told commissioners the owner currently has five semis and has identified a site in the Haysville Industrial Park where he expects to complete construction and relocate within about a year: "I would guess within a year, he'll be completed and everything moved to his new location." Commissioners asked about notification, signage and administrative renewal criteria. After discussion the board adopted the MAPC findings and approved the conditional use unanimously.
