Miss Lewis told council that planning and zoning reviewed an application for a vacant parcel on Angelo Lane and recommended the matter be moved to council for full review and a decision. She said the lot is adjacent to property the applicant already maintains and is consistent with the borough’s comprehensive plan to absorb green space into usable green spaces.
“We have all reviewed that… my recommendation as with my colleagues on the planning and zoning commission is that we move that to the council for a full review and decision,” Miss Lewis said. The clerk said a resolution will be placed on the next meeting agenda to reflect the commission’s recommendation.
