Parks staff to renew CivicRec platform; board asks for vendor review

Parks staff explained CivicRec is the city's online platform for pavilion rentals, program registrations and payments and said the agreement is an annual renewal. "They are the platform that we do all of our rentals and our programs through for our city," a staff member said when describing the service.
Staff said they would conduct due diligence and begin reviewing other vendors in coming weeks to ensure the platform continues to meet the department's needs. The board moved to approve the CivicRec service renewal for another year and the motion carried unanimously by voice vote.
