Council to consider $70,000 change order to extend Burrow public walkway project

Mister Bacon introduced a proposed change order for the Burrow 2026 Public Walkway improvements to use excess CFD multimodal transportation grant funds to add an unbid walkway section and paving.
“This is the 2026 Public Walkway improvements to extend the remaining CFD multimodal transportation fund grant funds in the amount of $70,000,” Mister Bacon said. A staff presenter recapped that excess funds were available and recommended adding the work by change order so it can be processed at a regular meeting.
Council members present expressed no objection to moving the change order forward; the item will be placed on a future business meeting agenda for formal approval and processing by the borough.
