"This project will be completed this year still," a project staff member (speaker 6) told the board, and staff described the official traffic pattern for the detour (Lusher to Napanee through the underpass) with secondary routes suggested depending on destinations. The board approved an additional smaller SRF payment ($22,285) to DLZ for Riverside tank project design during the same discussion.
