Committee members and guests pressed on where different devices are permitted — sidewalks, bike lanes or travel lanes — and on practical enforcement and signage needs. The committee asked staff to circulate the chief's presentation and to collect members' comments over the next two to three weeks, with a suggested submission deadline of Monday the 27th at 5 p.m. for feedback. The meeting ended after a motion to adjourn carried by voice vote.
