The board approved two final plats: Westgate Subdivision Phase 1 (100 lots) and New Haven Subdivision Phase 3 (50 lots). Development Services staff confirmed utilities, pump‑station work and that monuments were installed for both plats; the board approved both final plats and associated warranty deeds.
Christopher Kabinski, a Belmont Glen neighborhood board member, asked the board to note concerns carried over from earlier phases on drainage, slope and pond maintenance for New Haven Phase 3. Kabinski said a pond slope was identified as "a 3 to 1 slope" in an email from county staff and asked that the county coordinate warranty inspections and ensure remaining punch‑list items are completed before certificates of occupancy are released. County staff responded that the county can hold the CO for the first building until outstanding trail and bike‑trail work and erosion items are finished and agreed to schedule warranty inspections with neighborhood representation.
Commissioners emphasized that the builder and developer remain responsible for resolving the outstanding items; the board approved the plats after staff confirmed completion of required infrastructure and that any remaining items would be addressed prior to final occupancy.
