Owner Jim Holly said the shoreline had receded 8 to 10 feet over the 22 years he has owned the property, and the presenter described placement of erosion-control blankets and vegetated slope restoration. Staff asked that the applicant provide photos for the record; commissioners voted to table action to allow staff review of submitted documentation and to add the photographs to the file prior to formal consideration. "It's only about 90 square feet. We estimate it's gonna be about 3 yards of bridal," the presenter said during the description of the fill estimate.
