Board signs off on insurance, technology and vendor contracts including $457,925 TEN amendment

The board authorized multiple contracts and renewals recommended by administration. Insurance coverage policies and premiums were listed for 2026–27 (property/liability $120,437; automobile $12,886; errors & omissions $28,431; excess liability $7,696; flood insurance $16,026). The board also authorized Workers’ Compensation insurance at an annual premium of $83,756.
Directors approved a 36-month JAMF mobile device management license at an annual cost of $36,300, a 60-month Quadient mailing-system lease at $188.51 per month, and a two-year Hudl agreement for sports video services at $10,900 per year. The board approved Amendment No. 3 to the Guaranteed Energy Savings Contract with The Efficiency Network, Inc. (TEN) for locker-room-to-classroom renovations at Hunt Elementary, not to exceed $457,925.
All motions on contracts and renewals carried unanimously; Director Robert Pallone moved several procurement motions and identified administration (Jeffrey McVey) as recommending the purchases.
