Town Manager George O'Keefe told the board that "the snow is melting and we are starting to see a good amount of growth in the community and commercial activity is happening." He said housing projects in the community are almost full or expected to be within 30–60 days and that the assisted living project is "moving right along."
O'Keefe also thanked the Public Works department for excavation work at the new Parks and Recreation building and reported that the RES building has been cleaned and is being prepared for walkthroughs. The report framed several near-term operational tasks (site work and building readiness) as supporting the town's observed uptick in activity.
