Brian Moss provided a month‑end construction update for the wastewater treatment plant, describing progress across multiple areas of the project.
Moss said headworks concrete aprons, painting and electrical finishing were underway; equalization basins were filled for leak testing; splitter boxes and wear gates installed; clarifiers had sweep arms, baffles, center wells and catwalks in place; and the solids‑handling building demolition was complete with new concrete work underway. Moss said site grading and drainage work were close to finished and that yard lighting bases and bollards had been installed.
No council action was required; the report was informational and council members thanked staff for the update.
