The Borough of Paulsboro Land Use Board voted Aug. 6 to approve a minor subdivision at 541 Mantua Avenue, allowing the property (Block 1.11, Lot 67) to be split into two lots under application 24-LUB-003 by PMFO, LLC. The board memorialized Resolution PB-12-2024 on a motion from Larry Haynes, seconded by Kathy McCann; the motion carried with ayes from Jennifer Maden, Herman Schoch, Ben Mento, Kathy McCann, Phillip Neff, Larry Haynes, James Salvatore and Alice Williams and no nays recorded.
The application sought bulk/variance relief to create a two-lot subdivision from an existing single lot. Board members did not receive public comment on the item; the public comment period was opened and closed with no participants. The resolution text and application number were recorded in the meeting minutes as PB-12-2024 and 24-LUB-003, respectively. The Board Secretary read the Open Public Meetings Act statement at the meeting opening.
The board had also memorialized minutes from its June 4, 2024 meeting earlier in the session and adjourned at 6:15 p.m.
