Paulsboro board finds stormwater ordinance consistent with master plan, offers no recommendations

Borough Engineer Steve Cosaboon told the Land Use Board that Ordinance O.02.24 raises stormwater-management designs and adds localized drainage requirements for major development. "Borough Engineer, Steve Cosaboon, explained to the Board members that 0.02.24 increases stormwater management designs and localized drainage usage," the minutes record.
After reviewing the ordinance for consistency with the Master Plan, the Board approved the review with no recommendations and forwarded that finding to the Governing Body. Jack Henderson moved the motion; James Salvatore seconded. Roll call recorded ayes from Chair Robert DeAngelo, Vice Chair Jennifer Maden, Mayor Giovannitti, Erva Macauley, Phillip Neff and Jack Henderson; James Salvatore recorded an abstention.
