The Planning Commission granted final site‑plan approval for the proposed indoor soccer training facility at 1 Highland Industrial Park after the applicant agreed to clean up the parking area and mark dedicated spaces required by the plan. Attorney Jeff Gisbauer said the landlord had begun clearing and marking spaces and his clients would not take occupancy until the condition was met. Commissioners said the truck removal and demarcation should be a condition of the certificate of occupancy.
Commission staff and CPL, the city consulting engineer, reported that the building's partitioning and HVAC arrangement satisfied concerns about fumes from an adjacent truck repair tenant. The commission recorded the motion to grant final approval, the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
