At its Aug. 10 meeting the Planning Commission recorded several formal actions: it approved minutes from Aug. 3; adopted a resolution recommending the draft Saint Mary's County 2050 plan for transmittal to the Board of County Commissioners; and approved concept site plan CSP24-0443 for the House of Disciples with conditions (including that required state or county road improvements must be concurrent with issuance of the certificate of occupancy).
The concept site-plan motion was moved and seconded and carried on a roll-call vote; the clerk called named commissioners who recorded 'aye' votes. Staff will forward the signed 2050-plan resolution to the county commissioners and will manage the next steps for the approved concept site plan through the Department of Land Use and Growth Management.
