Council approves vacation of 11th North Street right-of-way

After opening the public hearing and finding no members of the public wishing to speak, a councilor moved and the council voted to adopt a resolution approving the vacation with the staff-recommended conditions. President Becker noted an abstention, saying, "I will abstain just because, Schaeffer Company's, involved." Director Jorgensen then called the roll and the motion carried.
