Resolutions adopted waive site‑plan requirements for (1) Veronica Abumada to install a central air-conditioning unit at 21 Kaywood Place (Resolution 2026-22); (2) Roxanne Johnson to install a heat pump and replace a furnace at 5 Carriage House Court (Resolution 2026-23); and (3) Robert and Christine Paquette to construct a gazebo and install a hot tub at 39 Hudson Drive (Resolution 2026-24).
Each waiver was moved, seconded and carried unanimously with no public opposition noted. The actions are procedural approvals allowing applicants to proceed with building-permit applications consistent with the waivers.
