Rich Renia, representing the applicant, said the camp team had addressed the majority of consultants' comments and added clarifications to stormwater direction and HVAC location for the proposed auditorium extension. The board reopened the continued public hearing, reviewed minor outstanding items and moved to adopt a conditional approval resolution that reaffirms prior negative declarations and sets specific requirements for DOH sign‑off and recording of stormwater maintenance agreements.
"This plan, this proposal by adding on to the north end of the auditorium...makes this a really nice addition to the camp," Rich Renia said. The board's resolution (20255-28A) requires approval from the Dutchess County Department of Health for water supply and wastewater disposal methods, acceptance of the final stormwater pollution prevention plan by the town engineer and recordation of stormwater maintenance agreements before permits proceed.
