The Hyde Park Planning Board closed the public hearing for the CIA Hotel and Villas subdivision and voted unanimously to grant conditional final plat approval on Aug. 5. Attorney David Steinmetz, representing NRI, told the board the application is a limited two‑lot subdivision intended largely for financing and title work; he said other project elements are unchanged.
The board read a resolution listing conditions that must be satisfied before the final plat is signed, including payment of fees and escrow, removal of an incorrect sheet reference from signature blocks, updates to plat notes to reference an amended reciprocal easement agreement, depiction of a bridge easement and sewer easement by meets and bounds, and recording of the easement declaration with the Dutchess County Clerk. "Resolution to grant conditional final plat approval," read Mister Waters as he presented the motion; the motion carried unanimously.
