Board rules were amended for clarity — including a 12-calendar-day timeline for supporting documentation and the location for posting notices — and accepted by the board.
The changes were described by county staff as clarifying and not material to board authority; staff said the edits mainly updated posting procedures and an agenda timeline. The board also reviewed committee assignments and accepted one member’s request to leave a committee with another member volunteering to take that seat. The consent agenda, which included a planning commission reappointment that was moved into consent, was approved without further discussion.
