Neighbor presses SPA Holdings team on entrances, trash and parking

An adjacent property owner, Ward Nace, came forward during the SPA Holdings hearing to ask whether the new building would alter the location of entrances and where trash would be stored. "I own the arm next door," Nace told the board, and he requested clarification on whether the entrance would be on the west side and whether a garage door would remain.
Project representatives replied that the garage entrance will be on the west side, the primary front entrance will be on the south, and trash will be stored under the building (no exterior trash enclosure). The architect explained the design choices and confirmed the front face will be set back two feet from the previous building line. Neighbors’ questions focused on access patterns, potential loss of a garage door and the proximity of construction and parking to adjacent properties.
