Town authorizes surveys for donated parcel and Town Hall complex

Mahoney said the town is receiving a donation of 0.94 acres from an estate located between Clover Road and Rte. 214 and disclosed the survey cost estimates: $2,500 to survey the 214 property and $6,250 for the Town Hall complex survey. The authorization enables the town to proceed with professional surveying to establish boundaries and record the donated parcel.
