The Town Board signaled that it intends to fund and fill a single full-time court clerk position beginning in January.
"It is the board’s desire to have a single full time court clerk," Supervisor Sean Mahoney said; Justice MarySusan Timpson confirmed that the budget reflects that plan and that the change is scheduled for January. Budget Officer Lara Hamrah-Poladian suggested placing a general ad for one full-time and one part-time court employee to begin collecting resumes. Town Clerk Corina Pascucci was asked to forward a draft help-wanted ad to the supervisor.
The board recorded no further action beyond directing staff to advertise and prepare for the staffing change in the new year.
