Planning Commission schedules Aug. 10 voting session; continues several hearings

The Chair also reported the borough is addressing a website security incident: unauthorized actors have been impersonating borough communications and sending emails over approval status and payment requests. To prevent fraud the borough will temporarily require a redacted copy for online publication until IT resolves the issue. No formal votes or motions were taken at the Aug. 3 working session; staff will prepare recommended motion language (including conditions related to underground utilities and specific ordinance citations) for the Aug. 10 voting meeting.
