Councilmember Phil Eygnor moved the resolution and Councilmember Bob Cahoon seconded it; the motion was recorded as adopted, AYES 3 NAYS 0.
Highway Superintendent Gerritt Reyn had reported he solicited three quotes for the work and provided the amounts to the board: "All Seasons $12,600, Elite HVAC $14,000.00 and he reached out to another vendor and never heard back," according to the minutes. The board's vote authorized the town to proceed with the All Seasons installation and to have the vendor complete hookups and reconnect an existing furnace as part of the work.
