Board receives building and planning reports; cannabis law remains with Planning Board

Councilmember Tom Wetherby moved to receive and file the July 2024 Building Inspector monthly report, the August 7 Planning Board minutes and the August 13 Zoning Board of Appeals minutes; each motion was carried. The board also noted that Building Inspector Gallant is still working on the custodian contract.
Councilmember Tiffany Smith asked about the town’s Cannabis Law; Supervisor Fantuzzo said the law is currently with the Planning Board for consideration, and no action or adoption occurred at this meeting.
