"President of the High School Rodeo Team B. Sena asked for permission to use the facilities stated that the team would clean the stalls after use if the board waved the fees," the minutes state. Member Rope Ashworth moved to approve free use and Member Bill Panagopoulos seconded; the motion carried.
Board members recorded that the team would perform stall-cleaning in exchange for the waiver, and the board included the request as part of routine scheduling for the fairgrounds’ upcoming season.
