The board noted the hearing would remain open because the town and attorney are continuing to work with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation on the final drafting of the law.
No members of the public spoke during the hearing at this meeting. The board recorded that the hearing will remain open pending final language from counsel and NYS DEC and that further public notice or future sessions may follow once drafting is complete.
