“The development review board approved the final site plan at 8 Railroad Street in the BC District by Franklin South LLC with the conditions as proposed or as amended,” a board member stated during the meeting. The board then voted and the motion carried.
The approval was granted at the special DRB meeting on June 3, 2026. The application will proceed under the terms and conditions set by staff; no substantive changes were requested at the hearing.
