The report asked whether gasoline should be provided by the town or the requesting party and recommended creating a volunteer database for event staffing.
Committee members sought continued collaboration with town staff on trail planning and volunteer coordination. The board did not adopt new policy at the Jan. 8 meeting; the SIB report asked for ongoing feedback and regular meetings with the SIB and town committees.
