The minutes state the board interviewed two candidates during the executive session, which ran from about 9:31 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. After the interviews, Haynes moved and North seconded a motion to return to regular session; again, the roll call was recorded as "AYE." The minutes note that no decision was made on filling the Water Clerk position following the interviews.

With nothing further on the agenda, Haynes moved to adjourn, North seconded, the roll call vote was "AYE," and the meeting adjourned at 11:04 a.m. The next regular board meeting is scheduled for May 12, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.
