Zoning Board meeting Oct. 8: minutes approved; three permits and variances granted

Chairman Bob Lannon called the Town of Huron Zoning Board of Appeals to order at 7:00 p.m. Oct. 8. The board approved the minutes of the Sept. 10 meeting and then considered three applications: a special permit for a 10' x 20' storage structure at 7437 Wintergreen Pt., and area variances for 7429 Phelps Ave and 7362 Rose Ave. All three items received unanimous approval.
Each application was treated as a SEQRA Type II action and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program recommendation was read for each item before the board adopted findings of fact. Every approval included the same condition: that outdoor lighting not be a nuisance to neighbors. Bob Lannon adjourned the meeting at 7:19 p.m.; Diane Bean is listed as the Zoning Board clerk in the minutes.
