Following the reading of the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program recommendation and findings of fact, Gordon Smith moved and Tom Hamilton seconded a motion to approve the application "as submitted with the following stipulation; lighting must not be a nuisance to neighbors." The motion carried unanimously, and no additional mitigating measures or dates for follow-up were recorded in the minutes.
